Anyone sourcing valves rarely faces a product question but a procurement question: which manufacturer covers the requirement technically, who delivers within the project schedule, and who is responsible when valve, actuator and accessories finally have to work together? That is why we deliberately work with several selected manufacturers rather than with a single supply programme.
No single manufacturer programme covers the entire range of an industrial plant. One supplier is strong in soft-seated butterfly valves, another in control valves, a third in safety or steam valves. Committing to one programme means buying too much valve in one place and too little in another.
Because our advice is manufacturer-independent, we recommend the design that suits the medium, pressure, temperature and installation situation – even when it comes from another partner’s programme. Every manufacturer has its own overview page here, with a short profile, technical characteristics and the available series.
A dependable quotation does not come from an article number but from the operating data. We therefore ask about:
The practical advantage of a mixed portfolio shows in the handling: valve, actuator, accessories and documentation run through one order, one delivery date and one point of contact. The assembly is put together and function-tested before dispatch, so that no individual parts have to be collected on site.
That does not only shorten installation, it also settles responsibility: if a unit fails to switch, one supplier is accountable, not three.
Our existing partnerships give us terms that we pass on, and we see early which series is actually available. For projects with fixed deadlines that is often the more important information than the list price: an available alternative from another programme brings the plant on stream faster than the technically ideal valve with a long replenishment time.
Some requirements cannot be met by any standard valve – a non-standard face-to-face length, a special material or a filter in a design that is not available off the shelf. For these cases we work with Industriefabrik Schneider GmbH, which manufactures filter technology, vessels and special solutions. This way the advice does not stop where the catalogue ends.

Yes, we supply and combine components from different manufacturers – optimally matched and modified on request.
Yes, we offer modifications, automation (e.g. actuators, limit switches) and special solutions for many branded products.
Thanks to many years of experience, proven quality, attractive conditions and fast delivery times.
Each brand has its own subpage with a short profile, product examples and links to matching products.
Medium, pressure, temperature, nominal size and pressure rating are enough to start. Once the connection standard, the face-to-face length and the required scope of documentation are added, the information becomes a binding quotation.
That is the normal case. We make the selection from your operating data and explain why one series fits and another does not – the decision stays with you.
Yes. Pneumatic and electric quarter-turn actuators are mounted with an ISO 5211 interface, complemented on request by a limit switch and solenoid valve, and function-tested before dispatch.
Often yes. Using the face-to-face length, connection dimensions and operating data we look for a suitable make; where nothing fits, a special build is an option.
