Mankenberg specializes in pressure regulating valves and float valves for demanding applications in water, energy and process plants. As a valve manufacturer, we combine the quality of Mankenberg with our engineering expertise: we not only supply standard products, but also configure complete systems – including modification, automation and documentation.

Position indicators, limit switches and control components.
Adaptation and integration into existing systems – setpoint ranges from 0.005 to 20 bar and nominal sizes DN 15 to DN 100.
Stainless steel versions for DM 505, DM 652, KA 2K and NV94.
Pressure regulating valves for aggressive media and Ex zones.
Valves for steam, hot water and condensate systems.
Pressure regulation and level control for drinking water and circulation systems.
NV94 as a float valve up to 300 °C, KA 2K with a flow rate up to 1,570 l/h.
The DM 505 pressure reducing valve is designed for PN 250 and accepts inlet pressures up to 250 bar.
On the DM 505 the outlet pressure is adjustable from 0.005 bar, on the DM 652 from 0.02 bar.
The NV94 float valve is approved up to 300 °C, the EB 1.10 air release and vent valve up to 200 °C.
Stainless steel for DM 505, DM 652, KA 2K and NV94; EB 1.10 in ductile iron for PN 16, in cast steel for PN 25 and PN 40.
Kvs values from 0.05 to 22 m³/h depending on series and nominal size – the basis of every sizing calculation.
Diaphragm-controlled and spring-loaded: the valves regulate without electrical power and without control air.
We trade in Mankenberg valves and supply directly from the manufacturer range. The series below are a selection, not a limit: we can source the complete Mankenberg range, including series not listed here. For sizing we need the inlet pressure, the required outlet pressure, the flow rate and the medium.
Mankenberg pressure reducing valves are diaphragm-controlled and spring-loaded – they regulate without electrical power and without control air. The selection depends on the inlet pressure and the required outlet pressure range.
| Series | Nominal size | Pressure rating | Inlet pressure | Outlet pressure | Kvs | Temperature |
| DM 652 | DN 15 – 50 | PN 16 – 40 | up to 40 bar | 0.02 – 12 bar | 5 – 22 m³/h | up to 190 °C |
| DM 505 | DN 15 – 25 | PN 250 | up to 250 bar | 0.005 – 20 bar | 0.05 – 1.4 m³/h | up to 130 °C |
The DM 505 is the high-pressure version: it accepts inlet pressures up to 250 bar and regulates outlet pressures from 0.005 bar. For outlet pressures up to 1.1 bar a control line provided on site is required. The DM 652 covers the higher flow rate – up to Kvs 22 m³/h at DN 50.
| Series | Connection | Pressure rating | Working pressure | Temperature |
| EB 1.12 | DN 25 – 100 or G 1″ – 2″ | PN 16 | 0 – 16 bar | up to 130 °C |
| EB 1.10 | DN 32/15 – 100/50 | PN 40 | 0 – 40 bar | up to 200 °C |
On the EB 1.10 the temperature determines the sealing principle: up to 130 °C the valve cone is soft-seated, up to 200 °C metal-seated. The body is ductile iron in PN 16 and cast steel in PN 25 and PN 40. For large air volumes and for contaminated or foaming media, the EB 1.10 with stainless steel float and lever is suitable for continuous operation.
| Series | Pressure rating | Working pressure | Capacity | Temperature |
| Steam trap KA 2K | PN 16 | 0 – 13 bar | flow rate 2 – 1570 l/h | up to 190 °C |
| Float valve NV94 | PN 16 | 0 – 8 bar | Kvs 0.5 – 21 m³/h | up to 300 °C |
The KA 2K is float-controlled and designed for compressed air and gases – including aggressive condensate. The NV94 regulates the level in vessels automatically and, at 300 °C, is the series with the widest temperature range in this programme.
The standard case is supply of the Mankenberg series version. Only on express request do we add to Mankenberg deliveries:
Yes – different setpoint ranges, materials and connections are possible.
For water, energy, chemical, food and industrial plants.
Yes, we supply ready-to-install units including valve, accessories and documentation.
We first review the operating data, materials and connection dimensions, then select the appropriate version from the Mankenberg range. On request we add accessories and documentation.
