The four electric series form a continuous torque ladder. Which one fits follows from the torque required by the valve – and after that from the voltage available.

Worth noting is protection class IP68 on the V series and the VT Plus: it permits use in areas where temporary flooding is possible – in pump chambers or in water treatment, for example.
The Edition 2010 series covers single-acting (SC) and double-acting (DR) versions from frame size 00015U to 10000U. The distinctive feature lies in the surface: the housing is ALODUR anodised inside and outside. Compared with conventional hard anodising, this gives a considerably lower surface roughness at approximately the same strength – less friction in the cylinder and therefore a longer service life for the seals. The end caps are anodised and additionally coated in light grey polyester.
Resistance has been verified by salt spray and Kesternich tests; a marine approval from DET NORSKE and a GOST approval are available.
Limits of application: the coating is not recommended for caustic soda, strong acids and alkaline solutions – a different version should be chosen there.
