Niezgodka specializes in safety valves for high-pressure, steam and process applications. As a valve manufacturer, we combine the quality of Niezgodka with our engineering expertise: we not only supply standard valves, but also configure complete systems – including modification, automation and documentation.

For extreme operating conditions and safety-critical processes.
Type 1.7 for cryogenic applications from -200 °C.
Position indicators, limit switches and control components.
Adaptation and integration into existing systems – thread to DIN ISO 228 or ASME B1.20.1.
Inlet body in 1.4571 on all three variants.
Valves for aggressive media and Ex zones.
Safety valves for steam systems, turbine circuits and high-pressure lines.
Set pressure on the type 1.1 adjustable up to 200 bar(g).
Metal-seated or soft-seated depending on the tightness requirement.
A declaration of conformity to 2014/68/EU is available for the type 1 series.
Type 1.7 from -200 °C, type 1.2 from -60 °C, type 1.1 from -10 °C – each up to +280 °C.
On the type 1.1 the set pressure extends to 200 bar(g).
Inlet body and spring bonnet in 1.4571 with 0.7043, 1.4581 or 1.4308 – depending on the temperature variant.
Both sealing variants are available, depending on the medium and the tightness requirement.
Connection as a thread to DIN ISO 228 or ASME B1.20.1.
We trade in Niezgodka valves and supply from the manufacturer range. Niezgodka specialises in safety and relief valves; the type 1 series described below is the one we supply most often – we can source the complete Niezgodka range, including series not listed here.
The type 1 is a spring-loaded angle-pattern relief valve for vapours, gases and liquids. The three variants do not differ in function but in the permissible temperature range and in the materials. The selection therefore starts from the lowest operating temperature.
| Variant | Temperature range | Material inlet body / spring bonnet |
| Type 1.1 | −10 °C to +280 °C | 1.4571 / 0.7043 |
| Type 1.2 | −60 °C to +280 °C | 1.4571 / 1.4581 |
| Type 1.7 | −200 °C to +280 °C | 1.4571 / 1.4308, only with head C |
The type 1.7 is the low-temperature version – it opens up cryogenic applications in which standard valves fail. On the type 1.1 the set pressure reaches up to 200 bar(g).
The series is available metal-seated or soft-seated. Metal-seated withstands higher temperatures and is insensitive to deposits; soft-seated closes more tightly under moderate conditions. The connection is a thread to DIN ISO 228 or ASME B1.20.1.
A declaration of conformity to the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU is available for the series.
As a rule we supply Niezgodka products unchanged from the manufacturer range. Where the project requires it, the following can be added for Niezgodka:
Yes – variant, sealing principle and connection can be selected; different connections available.
For steam, gas and liquid systems, including cryogenic duty down to −200 °C.
Yes, on request as an assembly with a shut-off valve and documentation.
A single contact accompanies sizing, procurement and installation. For Niezgodka we agree on automation, function testing and documentation in advance.
Because Niezgodka covers safety and relief valves down to −200 °C and up to 200 bar(g) – and because of our experience as a partner.
