The Proline Promag 50P measures media up to +180 °C, electromagnetically.

Prowirl up to +450 °C

Standard -40 to +260 °C, optionally -200 to +400 °C, on request up to +450 °C.

We trade in measuring technology from Endress+Hauser and supply from the manufacturer range. The two instruments described below are the ones we supply most often – we can source the complete Endress+Hauser range, including instruments not listed here.

Flow measurement: the measuring principle decides

The most important question before selection is not the nominal size but the medium. An electromagnetic instrument measures only electrically conductive liquids – the flowing medium is itself the moving conductor. For steam, gases and non-conductive media a vortex flowmeter is therefore used.

The Prowirl D 200 is therefore the instrument for steam applications: the integrated temperature measurement allows mass and energy flow to be calculated from a single device, and insensitivity to water hammer is no minor matter in steam networks.

Optional: adaptations to Endress+Hauser instruments

As a rule we supply the Endress+Hauser series version. Beyond that the following is possible with Endress+Hauser – optional, not a precondition:

  • lining material according to the medium on the Promag
  • high- and low-temperature version on the Prowirl, down to −200 °C and up to +450 °C
  • installation into measuring sections with shut-off valve, strainer and documentation
  • calibration certificates and material certificates on request
