The flanged version D15S in ductile iron and D15P in grey cast iron extends to DN 200.

On the EA 122 the internals can be replaced without draining the system.

We trade in Honeywell valves and supply from the manufacturer range. The four series described below are the ones we supply most often – we can source the complete Honeywell range, including series not listed here.
The size determines the design. Up to DN 20 the compact brass version with a thread is the choice; above that, the flanged version in cast iron.

Both are diaphragm-controlled and spring-loaded – they regulate without auxiliary power. The D06-F has pressure gauge connections on both sides, so inlet and outlet pressure can be read without additional fittings.

The three functions in one housing save components and downtime: the built-in shut-off allows maintenance during operation, the leak protection with swelling discs closes automatically in the event of a leak, and the integrated vacuum breaker prevents a vacuum during draining. In heating systems this replaces three separate fittings.
