The float valves VR170, ZN170 and Z171T are robust, proven solutions for automatic regulation of liquid levels in open and closed unpressurised vessels. They are particularly suitable for filling water storage tanks, in building services, public water supply as well as in industrial and commercial plants.
Thanks to their open design, the replaceable components and the choice between plastic or stainless steel floats, the valves offer a highly flexible and durable system for a wide range of applications. The combination of high flow performance and a reliable, direct-acting lever mechanism ensures stable switching behaviour even with fluctuating inlet pressures.
The float determines both limits: with a plastic float the range ends at 65 °C and 6 bar, with a stainless steel float 90 °C is achievable and with the next larger version 8 bar. The seat seal and piston can be replaced later.

Automatic operation: the float actuates the valve cone via a lever and controls the inlet. The soft seal ensures tight valve closure.
