G. Bee stands for ball valve solutions that work reliably even under high pressures, extreme temperatures and in aggressive media. As a valve manufacturer, we combine G. Bee’s ball valve expertise with our engineering, modification and automation skills: from the appropriately selected material and reliable seal design to the ready-to-install unit with actuator and accessories.
Armaturenfabrik added value: We supply fully assembled units with pneumatic/electric actuators, limit switches, position indicators and, if required, heating jacket/insulation – configured for your process.

CW614N and CW617N up to around 150 °C, stainless steel and cast steel up to 180 °C.
The type 87E reaches PN 100, the flanged series PN 16 to PN 40.
Metal emergency seat after the PTFE seat has burned out – on the 87E, 169E, KSN/KSL and 71 MS/ME.
Types 960, 87E, 835 and KSN/KSL are DVGW-tested.
L switches over, T can additionally mix or distribute – not changeable afterwards.
The KSN 75 and KSL 77 flanged series extend to DN 250.
We trade in G Bee ball valves and supply from the manufacturer range. The series listed below are a selection – we can source the complete G Bee range, including series not listed here.
The range divides into two material lines. Brass in the alloys CW614N and CW617N is the economical choice for water, gas and compressed air up to around 150 °C. Stainless steel and cast steel go beyond that – up to 180 °C, higher pressure ratings and resistance to aggressive media. In both lines the seat is made of PTFE.
| Series | Design | Material | Features |
| Type 93400 / 93500, type 933, type 984 | threaded ball valves | brass CW614N and CW617N | DN 8 to DN 50, up to 90 °C or 150 °C depending on the series |
| Type 960 | threaded ball valve for gas applications | brass CW617N | DN 8 to DN 50, DVGW-approved |
| Type 87E | ball valve in stainless steel | 1.4408 with ball in 1.4401 | PN 16 to PN 100, fire-safe, DVGW, mounting flange ISO 5211 |
| Type 835 | threaded ball valve | stainless steel 1.4408 | DN 8 to DN 50, PN 10, up to 180 °C, DVGW |
| Type 169E | flanged ball valve | stainless steel 1.4408 / cast steel | DN 15 to DN 200, PN 16 to PN 40, fire-safe, ISO 5211 |
| KSN 75 / KSL 77 | flanged ball valves | stainless steel and cast steel | DN 25 to DN 250, PN 16 to PN 40, fire-safe, DVGW, ISO 5211 |
| Type 71 MS / 71 ME | flanged ball valves | 71 MS cast steel, 71 ME stainless steel | full bore, fire-safe, PN 16 / PN 40 |
For distributing, mixing and switching over we supply 133 / 134, 135 / 136 and 137 / 138 in brass and 630E and 640E / 640S in stainless steel and cast steel. The difference lies in the ball bore: an L-port switches between two ways – one way is always closed. A T-port can additionally connect both ways at the same time, that is, mix or distribute. This choice cannot be changed afterwards.
Two features appear in several series and are decisive in the selection: fire-safe means that after the PTFE seat has burnt out, the valve continues to seal via a metal emergency seat – required in oil, gas and chemical plants. DVGW approval is a precondition for gas applications within the scope of that code.
Our standard is the unchanged series version from the G Bee range. In addition we can offer for G Bee products:
From standard PN to high pressure (e.g. PN100/PN160); higher designs possible on a project-specific basis.
