Riegler specializes in solenoid valves and control technology for industrial applications. As a valve manufacturer, we integrate these components into complete systems – including valves, actuators and I&C technology. Whether mechanical engineering, energy or the process industry: we supply solutions that fulfill your control tasks reliably and efficiently.
For precise control of liquids and gases in automated processes.
Limit switches, position indicators and accessories for automation solutions.
The series MV1383-MV1387 is ATEX compliant and meets RoHS.
Adaptation to existing systems, including ISO 5211 interfaces and complete assembly.
Solenoid valves for hygienic processes and CIP control.
Sealing material NBR, in individual series NBR with PA.
Medium temperature up to +90 °C, individual versions up to +140 °C.
MV1411–MV1415 works from 0 bar, without a minimum operating pressure.
Operating pressure differential up to 16 bar depending on series, protection class IP65.
The direct-acting series MV1411–MV1415 requires no minimum operating pressure.
The series MV1383-MV1387 is ATEX compliant and meets RoHS.
Medium temperature depending on the sealing material from -10 °C to +90 °C, individual versions up to +140 °C.
All series can be installed in any position – which simplifies the pipe routing.
The solenoid coils achieve IP65 and the operating pressure differential reaches 16 bar.
De-energised closed for feed lines, de-energised open for cooling and relief lines.
We trade in Riegler solenoid valves and supply from the manufacturer range. The five series listed below are the ones we supply most often – we can source the complete Riegler range, including series not listed here.
First, the control type. Pilot-operated diaphragm valves use the medium pressure to switch and therefore require a minimum pressure differential. Direct-acting valves open independently of pressure and thus work from 0 bar – the right choice for unpressurised lines, drain lines and applications with low inlet pressure.
Second, the normal position. De-energised closed means: if the power fails, the valve shuts – the safe position for feed and dosing lines. De-energised open keeps the line open, which makes sense for cooling and relief lines that must not be interrupted.
| Series | Control | Normal position | Particular feature |
| MV1355 – MV1362 | pilot-operated | de-energised closed | medium temperature up to +140 °C depending on sealing material |
| MV1363 – MV1367 | pilot-operated | de-energised closed | larger connection sizes of the same design |
| MV1381 – MV1382 | pilot-operated | de-energised open | for lines that must stay open without power |
| MV1383 – MV1387 | pilot-operated | de-energised open | ATEX-compliant, meets RoHS |
| MV1411 – MV1415 | direct-acting | de-energised closed | no minimum operating pressure – works from 0 bar |
The valves shut off gaseous and liquid media provided these are compatible with the materials used – typically water, compressed air and gas oil. The sealing material is NBR, in individual series NBR with PA. The medium temperature ranges from −10 °C to +90 °C, and individual versions are approved up to +140 °C. The operating pressure differential is up to 16 bar depending on the series, the solenoid coils achieve protection class IP65, and the installation position is unrestricted.
Note: at sub-zero temperatures freezing medium can damage the valve – this must be taken into account for outdoor installation.
With Riegler we mostly supply the series version without intervention. Additionally feasible with Riegler:
Yes – control type, normal position and sealing material can be selected; integration into existing systems.
For water, compressed air and gas oil in industrial automation and heating technology.
Yes, on request pre-assembled with a shut-off valve and strainer.
After the technical clarification comes the quotation with type designation, materials and delivery time. For Riegler we clarify connection dimensions and approvals before ordering.
Because Riegler covers every switching principle from pilot-operated to direct-acting – and because of our experience as an integration partner.
