Stainless steel strainers for aggressive media and high-temperature applications.
The strainers Fig. 351 and Fig. 352 from Fromme Armaturen are robust high-performance valves protecting piping systems and downstream components against contamination. With their Y-pattern body, large-area screen elements and a construction in high-grade cast steel they are ideal for demanding applications in the energy, chemical and process industries. Both models meet the European standards and offer maximum operational reliability at temperatures up to +400°C.
The 1.4408 version permits up to +400 °C – considerably more than the grey cast iron version Fig. 316. The differential pressure in operation must not exceed 1 bar; if it rises above this, the screen is clogged.
