District heating ball valve, various connection options, PN 40
The Vexve ball valves types 100, 101, 103 and 104 are developed specifically for demanding applications in district heating. They are distinguished by their robust construction, high pressure and temperature resistance and flexible connection options.
Typ 103 and 104 are available as flanged ball valves and are ideally suited to district heating lines. They offer a reduced bore, flange connections to EN 1092-1 and are available in pressure ratings PN 10, 16, 25 and 40. For large nominal sizes (DN 65-500) versions with a manual gearbox and optionally electric or hydraulic actuators are available.
Die Typen 100 and 101 complete the portfolio with weld ends or female thread/weld end combinations for smaller nominal sizes (DN 10-50). All models are designed for a temperature range from -20 °C to +200 °C and meet leakage rate A to EN 12266-1.
The connection type follows the installation situation: weld ends for buried installation, threads for house connections, flanges for replacement in a chamber. All series have a reduced bore – this must be checked where the pressure loss is tightly calculated.

Maximize the functionality of your ball valves with pneumatic or electric actuators. Thanks to ISO 5211 mounting flanges, spindle extensions and mounting bridges, our valves are easy to automate – for precise control in industrial plants.
We offer professional modifications for your valves:
All work is carried out in accordance with the standard, with functional testing and optional certification (e.g. APZ 10204-3.1 B).
Benefit from customized solutions, fast implementation and the highest quality – even for the ball valves you provide.
Increase the user-friendliness of your ball valves with stem or stem extensions. This modification is ideal for isolated valves or valves that are difficult to access and enables convenient manual operation or the connection of pneumatic and electric actuators.
For all our ball valves – whether with or without heating jacket, whether in manual mode or automated by actuators – we offer the right insulation, individually manufactured.
Insulation can be implemented with the high-quality IFS-Plast25 insulating jackets and insulating pads, for example. This solution ensures optimum energy efficiency and safety in your process.
