The strainer BOA-S from KSB is a high-grade solution for protecting piping systems and valves against contamination. With its Y-pattern angle-seat form and screen in stainless steel it offers efficient filtration with minimum pressure loss. The version meets all relevant standards and is ideal for use in heating, steam and process plants.
The body material determines the temperature limit: grey cast iron up to 300 °C, ductile iron up to 350 °C. For cleaning, the screen should point downwards – the dirt then falls out of the body when it is opened.
