Product information

The MK45 is a thermal steam trap with corrosion-resistant control diaphragm for the reliable drainage of condensate from steam systems. It is suitable for saturated steam, superheated steam and superheating lines and offers a compact, robust solution for industrial applications.

Special features

  • Regulating diaphragm made of Hastelloy® – high corrosion resistance
  • Variants for different condensate quantities:
    MK45-1 / MK45A-1 with tandem seal (double seal) for small quantities
    MK45-2 / MK45A-2 with flat seat for larger quantities
  • Automatic venting and integrated non-return valve
  • Installation possible in any position
  • Connection types: flange, butt weld ends, socket weld ends, threaded sockets
  • Approval in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive, ATEX-compliant
