Gate valves are essential shut-off valves for industrial piping systems. They enable the safe separation of media and are designed for high pressures and temperatures. Our product range includes wedge-type round gate valves, wedge-type flat gate valves and plate gate valves, which are manufactured in accordance with international standards and offer maximum reliability. All products are designed for use in energy, chemical, water and SKID process plants.
Wedge-type round gate valves are the preferred solution for high-pressure and high-temperature applications in industrial piping systems. They provide a metallic seal and are ideal for oil, gas and steam lines as well as aggressive media. Due to their robust design and round wedge shape, an even pressure distribution is achieved, which increases the service life of the sealing surfaces.
These gate valves are designed for extreme operating conditions and meet the highest safety and reliability requirements. They are available in cast steel and stainless steel versions and can be optionally equipped with gearboxes or automated actuators.
Typical areas of application: Power plants, chemical and petrochemical industry, SKID process plants, oil and gas pipelines.
Special features: High pressure and temperature resistance, standard-compliant flange dimensions, TA-Luft and ATEX-compliant, maintenance-friendly design.

Wedge-type flat gate valves are the classic solution for water, steam and neutral media. They are characterized by their flat wedge shape, which enables a stable seal and easy maintenance.
These gate valves are available in cast iron, cast steel and stainless steel versions and can be used for both standard applications and aggressive media. Variants with a soft-sealing EPDM wedge for drinking water are available as an option.
Their compact design and standard-compliant flanged connections make them ideal for installations where space is limited.
Typical areas of application: Water and wastewater technology, heating and cooling circuits, SKID systems, process lines.
Special features: Robust design, epoxy coating for corrosion protection, variants for aggressive media and drinking water, easy integration into existing systems.

This category includes special designs such as small gate valves for high-pressure applications and plate gate valves for water, wastewater and industrial processes. Small gate valves are compact high-pressure solutions for tight installation spaces, while plate gate valves impress with their simple design and high operational reliability.
Plate gate valves are particularly suitable for media containing solids and are often used in wastewater treatment plants, the paper industry and SKID process modules. They are available in a manual version with handwheel or automated hydraulic drive.
Typical areas of application: Water and wastewater technology, sewage treatment plants, chemical industry, SKID systems, food and paper industry.
Special features: Compact design, high operational reliability, variants with hydraulic drive for automated processes, standard-compliant flanged connections.
