Product information

Spirax Sarco’s DCV series plate check valves are designed for installation between flanges and provide reliable backflow prevention in steam, water, oil and gas pipelines. With their robust design and optional soft-seated versions, they are ideal for demanding applications in energy and process technology.

  • Intermediate flange version with universal centering collar
  • Compact face-to-face length according to EN 558-1, series 49
  • Nominal pressures: PN16 (DCV1), PN40 (DCV3)
  • Temperature range: up to 400°C (metallic sealing)
  • Materials: bronze or stainless steel
  • Spring-loaded for reliable closing function
  • Optional: soft-sealing (Viton for oil/gas, EPDM for water)
