The RA57 (steel) and RA66 (stainless steel) ball valves from Mecafrance are 3-piece industrial ball valves with a modular design that allows flexible connection options and easy maintenance. They are ideal for demanding applications in the chemical, energy and process industries.

The Mecafrance RA57 and RA66 ball valves are based on a flexible, modular concept that allows easy adaptation to different process requirements. Thanks to the intelligent design, different connection types such as butt weld ends, flange connections or threaded connections can be easily selected or retrofitted – without having to replace the entire ball valve.

  • Flanging of 3-part straight-way ball valves – including disassembly, modification and welding of welding neck flanges to DIN EN 1092-1, sealing surface form B1.
  • We also manufacture flanges to ANSI on request
  • Extended butt weld ends – special sizes and face-to-face lengths for steel or stainless steel, tested for leaks and manufactured to your specifications.

All work is carried out in accordance with the standard, with functional testing and optional certification (e.g. APZ 10204-3.1 B).
