Pressure vessels can be equipped with heating or cooling jackets for targeted temperature control. These allow the container contents to be heated or cooled using steam, hot water, thermal oil or cooling media – ideal for processes with precise temperature requirements.
We offer various insulation solutions to save energy and protect people, e.g. mineral wool, flexible insulation pads or custom-made insulation boxes. The insulation reduces heat loss and protects against burns.
Our pressure vessels can be equipped with inspection openings, sight glasses or manholes. These facilitate maintenance, cleaning and inspection of the tank interior and are designed in accordance with the applicable standards.
We offer various surface treatments depending on requirements: Pickling and passivation for corrosion protection and hygiene, painting for additional protection or special color requirements, as well as electropolished surfaces for maximum cleanliness.
