Flange gaskets and flat gaskets are indispensable for the secure connection of pipelines. They prevent leaks, ensure pressure and guarantee process reliability in chemical, energy and food technology.
AFM 34 is an asbestos-free high-performance sealing material consisting of aramid fibers, inorganic fillers and other high-temperature-resistant substances. These components are bonded with high-quality elastomers under increased pressure and temperature, which guarantees high strength and gas-tightness. Ideal for applications in the chemical and energy industries where temperatures of up to 250 °C and high nominal pressures are required.
PTFE gaskets offer maximum chemical resistance to acids, alkalis and aggressive media. They can be used universally in the food industry, chemical plants and pharmaceuticals. With a temperature range of -60 °C to +225 °C and a pressure resistance of up to approx. 40 bar, they are the first choice for processes where purity and resistance are crucial.
These gaskets are ideal for water, steam and neutral media. They are characterized by high elasticity and temperature resistance up to +170 °C. Typical areas of application are drinking water pipes, heating systems and general industrial applications.
Graphite gaskets with spit plate are the solution for extreme conditions. They can withstand temperatures from -200 °C to +700 °C (up to 550 °C in oxidizing media) and are suitable for high-pressure applications such as power plants and chemical processes. Their excellent thermal conductivity and pressure stability make them indispensable in critical systems.
These gaskets combine the flexibility of elastomers with the stability of steel. They are ideal for applications where mechanical strength and easy assembly are required. With a temperature resistance of up to 100 °C and a nominal pressure of up to approx. 16 bar, they are particularly suitable for mechanical and industrial applications.
