Product information

The Vexve ball valves types 100, 101, 103 and 104 have been specially developed for demanding applications in district heating technology. They are characterized by their robust design, high pressure and temperature resistance as well as flexible connection options.

Types 103 and 104 are available as flanged ball valves and are ideal for district heating pipes. They offer a reduced bore, flanged connections in accordance with EN 1092-1 and are available in nominal pressures PN 10, 16, 25 and 40. Variants with manual gearboxes and optional electric or hydraulic actuators are available for large nominal sizes (DN 65-500).

Types 100 and 101 complete the portfolio with butt weld ends or female thread/weld end combinations for smaller nominal sizes (DN 10-50). All models are designed for a temperature range of -20 °C to +200 °C and comply with leakage rate A in accordance with EN 12266-1.

  • Flanging of 3-part straight-way ball valves – including disassembly, modification and welding of welding neck flanges to DIN EN 1092-1, sealing surface form B1.
  • We also manufacture flanges to ANSI on request
  • Extended butt weld ends – special sizes and face-to-face lengths for steel or stainless steel, tested for leaks and manufactured to your specifications.

All work is carried out in accordance with the standard, with functional testing and optional certification (e.g. APZ 10204-3.1 B).

Spindle extensions and stem extensions for ball valves
