Stainless steel version for aggressive media, overload protection up to 40 bar.
The diaphragm element pressure gauge type 432.50 is designed for the process industry and is suitable for aggressive media and applications with high resistance requirements. The case and wetted parts are made of CrNi steel. The version to EN 837-3 and optional special materials such as PTFE or Hastelloy make the instrument ideal for chemical, petrochemical and energy applications.
Overload safety is the real argument for this series: with a display range of 0 … 4 bar and tenfold safety, a brief overpressure of 40 bar has no effect on the accuracy. For contaminated or crystallising media the open connection flange with a flushing bore must be chosen; if a coating or lining is selected, the accuracy class drops to 2.5.
