Product information

DVC’s Type 1251 (steel) and Type 1351 (stainless steel) ball valves are premium 3-piece ball valves for high performance applications. They offer ISO 5211 mounting flange, full or reduced bore and are designed for use in demanding processes such as the chemical, energy and food industries.

DVC’s Type 1251 (steel) and Type 1351 (stainless steel) ball valves are based on a modular design that allows for maximum adaptability and easy maintenance. Thanks to the well thought-out design, different connection types such as butt weld ends, flanges or threads can be easily selected or retrofitted – without having to replace the complete ball valve.

  • Flanging of 3-part straight-way ball valves – including disassembly, modification and welding of welding neck flanges to DIN EN 1092-1, sealing surface form B1.
  • We also manufacture flanges to ANSI on request
  • Extended butt weld ends – special sizes and face-to-face lengths for steel or stainless steel, tested for leaks and manufactured to your specifications.

All work is carried out in accordance with the standard, with functional testing and optional certification (e.g. APZ 10204-3.1 B).
